Duration depends on the programme. The current catalogue includes a four-day pilgrimage extension, journeys of around nine to fifteen days, and longer Ayurveda programmes. Each tour card shows its duration where available; contact the center for programmes whose length is arranged individually.

Some journeys include mountain walks and temple ascents. The Sacred Himalayas programme includes walking routes around Kedarnath, Badrinath and Mahavatar Babaji Cave. Ask about the daily walking distances, terrain and available arrangements before choosing a tour.
